My work screen can be used to view upcoming jobs on calendar or map where technician can start a job , get directions, check in once arrived at location , take notes through comments and pictures , and receive signature confirmation from customer that job is complete. Using the Technicians profile feature , user can update profile data , upload picture, update work skills and products including any certifications. Average customer rating is displayed based on customer feedback for Previous jobs.
